Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address (and name, if you sign in with Google) so your training log follows you across devices.
• Training content: sessions, rolls, positions, notes, techniques, drill plans, reviews and any video clips you upload.
• Coach questions: the text or voice questions you send to the in-app coach, plus its answers.

What we don't do

No advertising, no analytics profiling, no selling or sharing of your data, and no cross-app tracking. Your training log is private to your account.

Voice and audio

Voice questions are recorded only while you hold the microphone control. The recording is sent for transcription, used to answer you, and is not stored afterwards.

Where it lives

Your data is stored in our managed cloud database and private file storage. Access is restricted to your own account. Coach questions are processed by third-party AI model providers solely to generate a reply; they are not used to train their models.

Your control

You can edit or delete any entry at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete account inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Children

FlowRoll is not intended for children under 13.
